Yes we only supply Genuine Ford Parts

How long will it take to receive my item(s)my item?

Answer:
 
All shop items are carried in stock.
Provided the part(s) are in stock the lead time is 2 working days(For UK Addresses)
However not All items are in stock at All times as stock level change constantly.
We ask to allow 10 days for receipt of "Out of Stock" items.

Question:

What Size wheel trims do I need?

Answer:

The measurement of a wheel trim is taken from the steel ring on the back of the trim and not the front of a trim.
For Example a 16" wheel trim may well measure 17" across the front of the trim.
The easiest way to tell what size trim you need is actually to read the size off the tyre itself.
This will be a number such as 195/65 R16
The number following the R is the wheel size, so in this case 16"

Question:

What Does Build Date mean?

Answer:

The Build Date is what it says, that's the date the factory built the vehicle.
This is not to be confused with the registration date.
Parts are always identified to the build date not the registration date.
Ford may have made changes to parts on vehicles from one build date to another.

Question:

Why can't I see every part in the Shop?

Answer:

We only list the most common Parts.
If you can not see the part you require,please fill out the Ford Parts Request Form

I Know the FINIS number of my part can I get a price?

Answer:

Yes simply Fill out the Ford Parts Request Form and we will reply as soon as possible

Where do you deliver to?

Answer:

We will supply anywhere in the country and Internationally

Question:

Why can't I purchase Aerosol Paints, Fluids or Batteries?

Answer:

Unfortunately there are no couriers (ie Royal mail, fedex, ups etc) who will carry Aerosol Paints(Pressured Cans)Oils/Fluids or Acid Filled Batteries.
This is now deemed hazardous materials due to New Hazardous material guidelines.

Returns

Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 14 Days
Goods that have been fitted are Non-refundable.
All Electrical items are Non-refundable.
Goods are returnable at the expense of the purchaser, unless vehicle information such as VIN or vehicle registration number was provided
No return of goods after 14 days from date of despatch
ALL returns will have a 20% restocking fee applied unless agreed prior to return
Surcharge Items i.e. monies held until you return the item(s) (Alternators, Starter Motors & caliper's etc)
must be returned within a 6 month period.
