National Clearance centre
More than 25,000 different parts for older model Ford vehicles are now available to the public direct from the NCC via www.fordpartsuk.com.
The NCC,including a shop and conferencing facilities for club use was officially opened by Axel Wilke,Ford Customer Service Division's marketing director. Also present was Chris Yoxon, managing director of Foray Motor Group.
The NCC has now been moved to: Unit 4 Netherhampton Business Centre Netherhampton,Salisbury Wiltshire SP2 8PU.
The Foray Motor Group have taken low-volume brand new parts for Fords principally from the early 1980s to mid 1990s, which have been destocked from central warehouses. The internet-based fordpartsuk.com operation offers a minimum 25 per cent price reduction on parts to owners of Fiestas, Escorts, Sierras, early Mondeos etc that are in the NCC Stock. The service and prices from the National Clearance Centre will also prolong the life of accident damaged vehicles which otherwise would have been uneconomic to repair. Prices are lower than those previously charged via dealers thanks to the internet-based National Clearance Centre operation. More than 90 per cent of orders received by 3.30pm at www.fordpartsuk.com are dispatched the same day.Parts can be delivered worldwide.
Howard Jenkins, Foray Motor Group parts director, said:
"This is great news for Foray" Great news for Ford and even better news for every older model Ford owner. I look forward to seeing the National Clearance Centre concept go from strength to strength."
