Returns:
All claims and returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
All Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, along with an authorization number obtained prior to return.
A 20% handling charge will be incurred on returns unless the part is not as ordered or damaged in transit.
Customer is liable for cost of returns.
Special order parts and electrical items are non-refundable.
Fitted items can not be returned for credit.
All parts must be returned in original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Surcharge Items i.e. monies held until you return the item(s) (Alternators, Starter Motors & caliper's etc)
must be returned within a 6 month period.
Loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss or consequential damage are not covered.
Warranties:
Any warranties on the products sold hereby are made by those of the manufacturer.
All Genuine Ford Parts have a 1 year manufacturers Warranty.
This is a 12 month Warranty that is covered by all Ford Dealerships (further details upon request)
Ford offer no warranty on Supplier branded parts and accessories(SBA's)
(ie) Eibach Suspension Components
Any claims must be made directly to the supplier.
Shipping:
There are ever changing areas of the world,that for a variety of reasons such as war, government restrictions, natural disaster, etc. beyond our control that we are not able to ship to. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to such areas and apologise in advance should the situation arise.
