I have not received my full order?

If your order is too large for one consignment, your items will be shipped separately. If the entire order has not arrived within 10 working days, please let us know.

Which payment methods do you accept? 

FordPartsUK offers easy and secure payment by credit card and PayPal. We do not accept AMEX payments. Payments can only be made online. For international orders, credit card payments are limited to £250 per order and PayPal payments to £1,000. Larger orders can be paid for by BACS. 

How do I know you have received my return?

Our aim is to process returns within 3-5 working days of receipt. You will receive a notification email to confirm your refund has been approved. Remember to write down the shipping reference when you return your items, so you can track your parcel. Should you have any question about items you have returned, please contact us.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force Services for deliveries within the UK. Deliveries in Europe are carried out by Parcel Force Euro Priority. Items in stock will be delivered within 3 working days. Items that are not in stock will be delivered within 10 working days.

When will I receive a reply to my email?

Our aim is to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours, respecting our opening times. You can also contact us directly via LiveChat

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of the ordered parts, as well as the delivery address. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated and added upon check-out.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it is being dispatched. Just get in touch with our customer team by email or LiveChat. Once your order is dispatched, you need to follow the returns procedure.

Which countries do you ship to?

A list of countries appears upon check-out, where you need to choose your country. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically

Can I return ordered items?

All claims and returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and must be made within 14 days of receipt. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the item(s). Special order parts and electrical items are non-refundable. Fitted items cannot be exchanged or credited. All parts must be returned in original condition and with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Surcharge items (alternators, starter motors, calipers etc.) must be returned within 60 days. Loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss or consequential damages are not covered. Our aim is to process returns within 3-5 working days of receipt. You will receive a notification email when your refund has been approved.

How do I know if a part is suitable for my vehicle?

All our product descriptions mention which vehicle model and year the parts are for. If you want to be sure, try searching for the FINIS code you can see on the old part. Would you like our team of specialists to find the right part(s) for your car? Simply send us a parts request form, so we can send you a full quote by email.

I have received a quote from FordPartsUK by email. What to do now?

Our detailed quotes show the part(s) requested, the retail price and our price for each part, VAT, shipping costs and a total price including shipping and VAT. Should you wish to purchase the item(s), please click the secure payment link in the email. This takes you to our payment portal, where you can securely pay by credit card or with your PayPal account.

How do I order parts?

1. Shop online on www.fordpartsuk.com

Buying from our website is incredibly easy. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button found on all our product pages. Once all items you would like to buy are added to the shopping cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You are asked to log in for security purposes, after which you are led through the check out and payment process. Once we have received your payment, your order will be sent to your delivery address.

2. Order by quotation

Complete a parts request form and our team of specialists will find the needed part(s) for your vehicle. You will receive a full quotation including VAT and shipping costs by email. Simply click the payment link in the email, which will take you to our secure portal where you can pay by credit card or with your PayPal account. Once we have received your payment, your order will be sent to your delivery address.

How do I apply a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, all you need to do is enter the code in the ‘Coupon Code’ field at checkout. Don’t forget to click ‘Update Cart’ so we can apply your promotion. Sign up to the FordPartsUK newsletter to stay up-to-date with exclusive offers.

What are your opening times?

The FordPartsUK office is opened Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 8.00am to 12.30pm. Our online shop is open 24/7.

Do you sell genuine parts?

We sell new genuine Ford parts (unless otherwise specified), including those hard to find parts. All Ford genuine branded (incl. Motorcraft) parts come with a Ford warranty. Read more about our warranty policy here.

I’m looking for a part but you don’t seem to have it

Not all parts we sell are listed on the website. The FordPartsUK warehouse holds around 48,000 different Ford parts, so if you are looking for a specific part and you can’t find it on www.fordpartsuk.com, don’t worry - we probably still have it. Fill out a parts request form and we will send you a full quote by email.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we do offer Click&Collect. As part of the Foray Motor Group, we offer the possibility to collect your order from one of the dealerships in Andover, Bridgwater, Chard, Dorchester, Poole, Salisbury, Shaftesbury, Taunton or Yeovil. Choose your preferred pick-up location upon checkout.

When will my order be ready for collection?

If the item is in stock, your order will normally be ready for collection the next working day.  You will receive a call from your chosen collection depot when your order is ready for collection. Please note that our collection depots are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

How can I make a complaint?

Should you not be happy with our products or services, we are more than happy to take your feedback. There is always room for improvement. Contact us.

Is it possible to change the delivery address or amend my order?

If you wish to make any changes to your order or change the delivery address, please contact us and we will take care of it.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we have received your returned item(s), they will be inspected for any damage. When the returns are approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method.

I have received a damaged item. What should I do?

At FordPartsUK we like happy customers and we take great pride in packing and sending out parts in excellent condition. Unfortunately, things can go wrong and you need to return items because they got damaged. Before you return damaged items, please send us an email with your booking reference, an image that proves the damage and an image of the parcel you received the item in. Our team will contact you to help you return the damaged goods.

I received a refund. Why did I not receive the full amount I have paid?

If you return an item that is not suitable, you will be refunded the cost of the item, but not the delivery cost. Both item and delivery costs will be refunded when the item is faulty or wrongly quoted after having provided us with your vehicle registration or VIN.

Can someone else sign for the delivery?

Yes, any signature at the delivery address will be accepted as proof of delivery.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes, we do.

What are surcharge items?

Surcharge items are items with a repayable deposit. You pay the surcharge when purchasing the item and will be refunded that amount when you return your faulty part.

Why do you not sell batteries?

The couriers we use do not carry acid filled batteries as they are deemed hazardous materials. The same goes for airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, panel works and glass. Hazardous items are only available for Click&Collect. If you would like to order them, please fill out a parts request form.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the address you choose when you order items. Please note that this address must be the same as the address your credit card or PayPal account is registered to.

I have not received my order. Why does it take so long to send a replacement?

If your parcel is sent by Royal Mail, we have to allow 18 working days for the shipment to be delivered before we can declare it missing.

I have lost the removal key to my locking wheel nuts. How do I get a new one?

Locking wheel nut removal keys are supplied by a company called McGard, based in Germany. Should you lose or break your removal key, a replacement one is available from McGard.  Please contact McGard directly to receive a replacement key. The documentation supplied with your locks contains a card with a key code and a Julian number, which you need to obtain a new key. If you do not have those numbers, you will need to have the locking nuts drilled off and have a replacement wheel nut kit fitted. To order a replacement key, simply call the McGard Customer Service on free phone number 00800 25993400. They will take your details and payment for a new key. McGard will post the new key directly to you.
